Food Workshops; Baklava, Pisi (Olkum), home made noodle (eriste), filo pastry, Turkish type ravioli (manti), deep fried thin dough with raw minced meat filling (cig borek), a special type flat bread, apple cookie, walnut cookie, Noah’s pudding, paste, Lutenitsa, stuffed leaves, and pickling.
